Celebrating 26 Years of Service to Morristown and the Surrounding Communities

 

 GRAND DESERT DAYS FOR 2013 IS BEING CONSIDERED 




The General Federated Woman's Club-Morristown has served Morristown and the surrounding communities since 1984. Currently meetings are staged at the Morristown School Old Main building on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. September through June. GFWC Morristown sponsors a number of sustained community projects including up keep of the local cemetery, a number of school support projects, adopt-a-highway and more.

GFWC-Morristown is an affiliate of GFWC-Arizona and GFWC-International

Programs Include:

  • Literacy-Morristown, Circle City, Wittmann library initiative as well as reading tutoring.
  • Community Improvement-cleanup, recycling and communication.
  • Conservation
  • Arts in the Community
  • Education for Life-scholarships and student trophies.
  • Kind News Adopt a classroom program.
  • Home Life-helping hands in the community.
  • Health
  • BINGO To Suppport an Area Library
  • GFWC-Morristown is a 501 (C) 3 organization.
